You can use the Freshdesk mobile application to view and submit tickets to WIN(win)'s Support Desk. 

After you have downloaded and launched the mobile application, you will be prompted to log in on a screen similar to the one below.  Use the following for the fields:

Helpdesk URL:

Email: [your WIN(win) email address]

Password: We will need to set a Freshdesk-specific password for you so that you can log in to their mobile application.  Please create a ticket for us to set your Freshdesk password.
